Last February, Jane Ellen and I found our dream home on the 7th fairway at Springdale Resort. Being about to retire realtor's in Florida, we were well aware, finding your home was the easiest part of closing a real estate transaction. We need not have worried though, as Michael Boss, the Broker in Charge, at Springdale Realty was handling both sides of the deal.  Michael was very respectful and responsive, always available to meet us at the house, and when we had questions he didn't have answers to, he would always promptly call the sellers and get back to us. 

Michael shared that he had a background in negotiating business deals, and he was more than up to the task, as we worked through the inevitable issues that arise in the process. We informed Michael that we had concerns about the poor condition of the railroad tie retaining walls, and he responded by contacting 3 different local companies to provide us replacement cost estimates. After receiving that information, we were soon through Due Diligence, and on our way to a smooth closing.
